Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on items unless they are defective or do not match your order.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us at helloseapea@outlook.com within 10 days of receiving your piece(s). We will gladly offer an exchange or refund for the defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email within 10 days of receiving your piece(s) to initiate the exchange process.

Resolving Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty item, we will strive to resolve the issue through alteration or replacement. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your purchase to arrange the return of the faulty item. Returned items should be unworn and returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
Return Process:
Goods will only be accepted for return within 14 days of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item reaches our return address safely. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your protection. Once we receive the returned item, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
