Delivery:

We offer Royal Mail 48h signed for delivery at £2.99 for UK orders. International shipping is available with second class signed for postage at £11.50. Please contact us for overseas shipping inquiries. Our items are sent via Royal Mail, and we recommend selecting Special next day delivery for orders over £50.00. Please note that Special next-day delivery speeds up the postal delivery time, not the time it takes to hand-make your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details for updates on your order. Second class signed for service typically takes 2-3 days. To reduce our carbon footprint, we make one weekly trip to the post office on Tuesdays. Orders placed before 2 pm on Mondays will be included in the postal drop, while orders placed after that time will be sent the following Tuesday. Please allow up to 10 full working days for your order to be handmade and packaged securely for delivery.

 

International Customers:

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs/import duty, permits, and other local requirements. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

As all our jewellery is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you have ordered the incorrect ring size, alterations may be possible at an additional charge. In the case of a faulty item, we will aim to resolve the issue through alteration or replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the matter cannot be resolved, and the faulty item must be returned to Sea Pea. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your purchase to arrange the return. Returned items should be unworn and returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Goods will only be accepted for return within 14 days of delivery, and the item is your responsibility until it reaches our return address. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.

 

Ordering:

Please ensure that the email address provided is correct and accessible. All order confirmations and communication will be sent to that email address. Kindly check your spam folder for any communications from us. Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmatory email acknowledging receipt and acceptance of your order by Sea Pea.
